Abstract
Metalne pjene relativno su nova vrsta materijala zanimljiva inženjerima zbog svojih specifičnih svojstava i mogućnosti široke primjene. Predmet su sve brojnijih istraživanja kako bi se uspješno optimirali proizvodni procesi. U ovom radu provedena su eksperimentalna istraživanja vezana uz obradivost metalnih pjena. Izrađen je kalup za puhanje metalnih pjena, izrađeni su prekursori koristeći aluminijevu leguru A380 koji je bio pomiješan sa agensom za puhanje TiH2 – titanijev hidrid. Uz korištenje literature te uz provedena preliminarna ispitivanja odabrani su odgovarajući parametri obrade. Nakon toga pristupilo se provođenju eksperimenata uz točno određen plan eksperimenta koji je generiran pomoću programa Design Expert 7. Analizom dobivenih podataka dobiveni su matematički modeli koji opisuju ovisnost izlaznih veličina, komponente sile glodanja Fx i srednjeg aritmetičkog odstupanja apsolutne visine Sa, o ulaznim veličinama, a to su u ovom slučaju brzina rezanja vc i posmak fz. Konstantna veličina unutar ovog procesa bila je dubina rezanja ap. Analizom matematičkih modela došlo se do podataka o mogućnosti obrade izrađene metalne pjene.
Abstract (english)
Metal foams are a relatively new type of material interesting to engineers because of their specific properties and the possibility of wide application. They are the subject of more and more research in order to successfully optimize production processes. In this work, experimental research related to the workability of metal foams was carried out. A mold for blowing metal foams was made, precursors were made using aluminum alloy A380 which was mixed with the blowing agent TiH2 – titanium hydride. With the use of literature and preliminary tests, appropriate processing parameters were selected. After that, experiments were carried out with a precisely determined experiment plan that was generated using the Design Expert 7 program. By analyzing the obtained data, mathematical models were obtained that describe the dependence of the output values, the milling force component Fx and the mean arithmetic deviation of the absolute height Sa, on the input values, and in this case, they are the cutting speed vc and feed fz. A constant quantity within this process was the cutting depth ap. The analysis of mathematical models yielded data on the possibility of processing the manufactured metal foam.
