Abstract
U radu je prikazan postupak dobivanja jednospojnog tranzistora spajanjem metala i poluvodiča. Posebno je objašnjen njegov rad u dijelu karakteristike s negativnim dinamičkim otporom. Prikazana je sklopovska realizacija relaksacijskog oscilatora s UJT-tranzistorom.
Abstract (english)
Document brings physical basics of unijunction transistor as a connection of metal and semiconductor. A region with negative dynamic resistance is being specially highlighted. A realisation of relaxation oscillator with UJT-transistor was presented.
