Abstract	Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je provjeriti povezanost između proaktivnosti i sklonosti poduzetništvu kod studenata. Podaci su prikupljeni na studentima Filozofskog i Ekonomskog fakulteta u Osijeku i Rijeci te VERN-a u Zagrebu. Problemi rada su utvrditi stupanj povezanost između proaktivnosti i tri faktora poduzetničkih sklonosti kod studenata te ispitati odnos između varijabli korištenih u istraživanju i poduzetničke namjere. Također, nastojalo se provjeriti postoje li razlike u svim mjerenim varijablama među studentima poduzetničkih i nepoduzetničkih usmjerenja. Rezultati upućuju na postojanje statistički značajne povezanosti između proaktivnosti i faktora poduzetničkih sklonosti. Dobivena je veća povezanost između proaktivnosti i usmjerenosti na postignuće nego između proaktivnosti i prihvaćanja rizika i nekonvencionalnosti te povjerenja u vlastite mogućnosti. Značajnim prediktorima poduzetničke namjere pokazale su se varijable prihvaćanje rizika i nekonvencionalnost te usmjerenost na postignuće. Nadalje, u skladu s očekivanjima, utvrđeno je da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u proaktivnosti među studentima različitih usmjerenja. Pretpostavka da postoji statistički značajna razlika među studentima različitih usmjerenja s obzirom na poduzetničke sklonosti djelomično je potvrđena, dok je u potpunosti utvrđena statistički značajna razlika s obzirom na poduzetničku namjeru.
Abstract (english)	The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between proactivity and entrepreneurial tendencies among students. The research involved students of Faculty of Humanities and Social sciences and the Faculty of Economics in Osijek and Rijeka and VERN in Zagreb. First problem was to determine the correlation between proactivity and three factors of entrepreneurial tendencies among the students and the test the relationship between the variables used in the research and entrepreneurial intent. Second problem was to determine whether there are differences in measured variables among students entrepreneurial and nonentrepreneurial orientation. The results indicate the existence of a statistically significant correlation between proactivity and factors of entrepreneurial tendencies. Correlation between proactivity and achievement tendency proved to be higher than between proactivity and risk acceptance and unconventionality and self-confidence. Significant predictors of entrepreneurial intent are risk acceptance and unconventionality and achievement tendency. Also, as expected, no statistically significant difference in proactivity among students entrepreneurial and nonentrepreneurial orientation was found. The assumption that there is a statistically significant difference between students of different orientations in entrepreneurial tendencies is partially confirmed, while statistically significant difference in entrepreneurial intention was fully confirmed.
