Abstract
Cilj rada je definirati i objasniti anksioznost i vrste anksioznih poremećaja, te utjecaj anksioznosti na adolescenta, vršnjačke i obiteljske odnose. U suvremenom društvu adolescent je suočen s brojnim promjenama, novim situacijama i formiranjem vlastitog identiteta. Adolescencija predstavlja teško razdoblje za adolescenta. Suočavanje sa ovim stresnim ili teškim situacijama kod adolescenta utječe na pojavu anksioznog poremećaja. Anksioznost je sve češća pojava u današnjem društvu i kako bi pomogli pojedincu važno je obrazovati društvo koje će moći prepoznati anksiozne poremećaje i pružiti potrebnu pomoć. Ova tema je važna za pedagošku znanost i struku zato što se problem anksioznosti često pojavljuje kod učenika u školama i važno je za pedagoge i nastavnike prepoznati problem i pružiti potrebnu pomoć. Anksioznost utječe na obiteljske i vršnjačke odnose i na kvalitetu života. Ukoliko se adolescentu ne pomogne problem postaje sve veći, dolazi do težih anksioznih poremećaja, depresije ili suicida. Pojedincu se može pomoći raznim terapijama i razgovorima s obitelji, vršnjacima ili u školi.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the work is to define and explain anxiety and types of anxiety disorders, as well as the impact of anxiety on adolescents, peers and family relationships. In contemporary society, the adolescent is confronted with numerous changes, new situations and the formation of his or her own identity. Adolescence represents a difficult period for the adolescent. Coping with these stressful or difficult situations in an adolescent affects the onset of anxiety disorder. Anxiety is an increasingly common occurrence in today's society and in order to help the individual it is important to educate a society that will be able to recognize anxiety disorders and provide the assistance they need. This topic is important for pedagogical science and the profession because the problem of anxiety often occurs in students in schools and it is important for educators and teachers to identify the problem and provide the help they need. Anxiety affects family and peer relationships and quality of life. Unless the adolescent is helped, the problem becomes more severe, occurs severe anxiety disorders, depression, or suicide. We can help the individual with various therapies and conversations with family, peers or at school.
