Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom analizirana je književnost 19. stoljeća, odnosno razdoblje realizma. Glavni je cilj ovog rada bio najprije uvesti u razdoblje realizma pa potom i ruskog realizma, dati osnovne informacije o filmu, o filmu u književnosti, iznijeti osnovne informacije o filmskim ekranizacijama, što su, zašto se određeni filmovi ekraniziraju te koja je njihova svrha. U radu je iznijeta bibliografija ruskog pisca Lava Nikolajeviča Tolstoja te karakterizacija glavnih likova u romanu kao što su: Ana Karenjina, Aleksej Vronski, Kitty te Levin. Opisana je okolina 19. stoljeća u romanu. Postupci Ane Karenjine, koja se pokušava osloboditi normi i narušava sklad braka, potresaju temelje tradicionalnog društva i zbog toga je i na kraju kažnjena. Oblicima filmskog zapisa redatelji su istaknuli njezinu inferiornost, a bacanjem pod vlak su prikazali njezinu sudbinu; to je prikazano u ekranizacijama iz 1948., 1997., 2012. i 2013. godine. Dakako, zbog velikog obima romana razumljivo je da su neke scene izbačene i preoblikovane u filmskom zapisu no bitna je srž sadržana u filmu; razlike u filmskim ekranizacijama te u ekranizacijama i romanu prisutne su pri kraju diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the literature of the 19th century, or te Realism. The main goal of this work was to introduce firstly the period of Realism and then the Russian Realism, to give basic information about film, about film in literature, to present basic information about film screenings, what they are, why certain films are screened and what their purpose is. The work includes a bibliography of the Russian writer Leo Tolstoy and characterization of the main characters in the novel such as: Anna Karenina, Alexei Vronsky, Kitty and Levin. The novel describes the 19th century environment. The actions of Anna Karenina, who tries to break free from norms and disrupt the harmony of marriage, shake the fundations of traditional society and for this she is eventually punished. By the forms of the cinematic record, the directors emphasized her inferority, and by throwing her under the train, they portrayed her fate; this was shown in the screecings of 1948, 1997, 2012 and 2013. Of course, given the sheer volume of the novel, it's understandable that some scenes were cut and rearranged in the film script, but what's important is the substance of the film; the differences in the film adaptations, the adaptations itself and the novel are present at the end of the thesis.
