Abstract | Osnovni cilj rada bio je kroz izjave trenera capoeire dobiti uvid u njihovu perspektivu prihvaćanja, učinka i preporuka treniranja capoeire na djecu i mlade u psihosocijalnom riziku. Provedeno je kvalitativno istraživanje u kojem se koristio polustrukturirani intervju, a dobiveni podaci obrađeni su tematskom analizom podataka. Ispitanici su treneri capoeire s područja Hrvatske. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da postoji nekoliko kriterija uključivanja u capoeiru, a to su stručni suradnici škole koji odabiru djecu, dobni kriteriji te samoinicijativno uključivanje. Što se tiče prihvaćanja capoeire, djeca i mladi generalno dobro prihvaćaju capoeiru. Drugi dio rezultata prikazuje dobrobit capoeire, a to su: osjećaj prihvaćenosti i pripadanja, primanje i pružanje tolerancije, unapređenje socijalnih vještina, samopoštovanje i samopouzdanje, fleksibilnost prema individualnim potrebama djece, nenatjecateljsko i suradničko okruženje, fizički razvoj, prilika za socijalizaciju i resocijalizaciju, otvorenost prema različitim kulturama te razvijanje muzikalnosti. Posljednji dio rezultata govori o izazovima i mogućnostima unapređenja vođenja mladih u psihosocijalnom riziku putem capoeire. Rezultati su pokazali kako je potrebno uvažavati individualnost djece, razumjeti stvarne djetetove razvojne potrebe, pratiti i integrirati u rad individualnost i potrebe djece te koristiti vlastitu kreativnost u radu. Ostale preporuke odnose se na potrebe nadziranja, edukacije i samorazvoja trenera, odnosno ulaganje u profesionalni i osobni razvoj trenera. |
Abstract (english) | The main objective of this study was to gain insight into the perspective of capoeira coaches teaching capoeria to children and young people in psychosocial risk group. Main focus was on acceptance of capoeira within this risk group, benefits of the capoeira as a tool and possible improvments using capoera as a tool for this risk group. The qualitative research was carried out in which a semi-structured interview was used and the data were processed by the thematic data analysis. As a sample capoeira coaches from Croatia were interviewed. The results showed that there are several criteria for joining in capoeira: professional staff who choose school children, age criteria and voluntarily involving. As for the acceptance of capoeira, children and young people generally accept capoeira very well. The second part of the results shows the benefits of capoeira. Those benefits would include developing: a sense of acceptance and belonging, tolerance, self-esteem and self-confidence, flexibility according to individual needs of other children. It improves social skills, creates non-competitive and collaborative environment, physical development, opportunities for socialization and re-socialization, openness to different cultures and develop of musicality. The last part of the results talks about the challenges and opportunities for improving of guiding children and young people in psychosocial risk through capoeira. The results showed that it is necessary for capoeira coach to respect the individuality of children and understand the actual child's developmental needs. Coaches are to monitor and integrate into their teaching individuality and needs of children to be able to use their creativity as a tool. Other recommendations are related to importance of continous self-monitoring, education and self-development of capoeira coaches, meaning investing in their professional as well as their personal development. |
