This final work explains a method that analyzes the social and interpersonal relationships for which the emergence of responsible Jacob Levy Moreno. Moreno called it Sociometry, and her approach relies on emotional relationships, mutual attraction or repulsion of the group members on the basis of which establishes the so-called emotional structure of the group. Groups that are examined may constitute children or adults. Every test, the use of certain techniques and issues depends on the respondents, their age and about purpose of testing. For the healthy development of social competence of children with a family environment play a big role peers. Children eventually deepen their relationship and build friendships based on similar interests, feelings and thoughts. With this in mind, in final work, sociometric procedure is explained in the context of early and pre-school education with special emphasis on children with special needs. For conducting sociometric process in preschool institutions there are numerous ways, they must be adapted to children according to their properties. With this implementation every educator gets insight into the group and can react and correct possible defects. When testing the sociometric status of children with special needs in many research has shown that their position depends on the type or extent of damage. It is important to emphasize that certain work in pairs in organized circumstances wich include children with special needs can contribute to improving their sociometric status.
