Abstract
Autorica će u ovom radu opisati dva portala ključne važnosti za hrvatsku dalmatinsku umjetnost i za venecijansku umjetnost koji se međusobno prepliću i utječu na brojne europske primjere crkvene arhitekture i skulpture. Glavni portal Svetog Marka i glavni portal Svetog Lovre nastaju u 13. stoljeću, no, kod oba primjera pitanje autorstva nije razriješeno u potpunosti. Prvi dio analize posvećen je Radovanovom portalu i problemima koje vežemo za njega, dok je drugi dio posvećen portalu Sv. Marka. Nakon upoznavanja s reljefima i ikonografskim rješenjima slijedi poglavlje u kojem se donose stavove hrvatskih i talijanskih pisaca o poveznicama i komparaciji ovih portala pri čemu se mogu uvidjeti razlike i sličnosti portala što je i cilj ovoga rada.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the author will describe two potrals of crucial meaning for Croatian Dalmatian art and Venetian art, too. They intertwine with each other and affect the numerous European examples of church architecture and sculpture. The main portal of St. Mark and St. Lawrence were built in 13th century, but the question of authorship in both cases has not been resolved. The first part od the analysis is devoted to the Radovan`s portal and the problems related to it, while the second part is devoted to the portal of St. Mark. After being introduced with the reliefs and the iconographic solutions, the next chapter introduce us with the views of Croatian and Italian writers about the links and the comparisons of these portals, where we can se all the differences and similarities of the portals, which is the purpose of this work.
