Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je na primjeru obitelji sa podruĉja grada Splita i sela nekadašnje Poljiĉke Republike (Srijane, Gornji Dolac, Kostanje, PodgraĊe, Gata, Ĉišla, Tugare i Srinjine), usporediti kvalitetu ţivota obitelji u ruralnim i urbanim podruĉjima. U radu se prikazuju i interpretiraju rezultati istraţivanja provedenog u srpnju 2018. godine na uzorku od 202 ispitanika na već navedenim podruĉjima. Rezultati istraţivanja su pokazali kako je ekonomski status obitelji jednak u urbanim i ruralnim podruĉjima, kako su ţivotni uvjeti kvalitetniji u urbanim u odnosu na ruralna podruĉja te kako su obrazovne šanse djece bolje u gradu u odnosu na selo. TakoĊer, istraţivanje je pokazalo da su cjelokupni odnosi unutar obitelji kvalitetniji u ruralnim sredinama te kako gotovo polovina ispitanika nije mogla procijeniti utjeĉe li mjesto stanovanja na kvalitetu obiteljskih odnosa. Što se tiĉe preseljenja iz sela u grad, rezultati istraţivanja su pokazali da bi se vrlo malo stanovnika iz sela odluĉilo za to, a sliĉna situacija je i s ispitanicima iz grada.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to compare the quality of family life in rural and urban areas with the family from the area of Split and the villages of the former Republic of Poljica (Srijane, Gornji Dolac, Kostanje, PodgraĊe, Gata, Ĉišla, Tugare i Srinjine). This paper presents and interprets the results of the research conducted in July 2018 on a sample of 202 respondents in the above mentioned areas. The results of the research have shown that the economic status of the family is the same in urban and rural areas, as the living conditions are higher in urban than rural areas, and that the educational chances of children are better in the city than in the village. Also, research has shown that overall relationships within the family are better in rural environments, and almost half of the respondents could not assess whether the place of residence affects the quality of family relationships. As regards moving from village to town, the results of the research have shown that very few villagers will have decided on this, and similar situation is with the respondents from the city.
