Abstract
Suoĉeni sa strahotama Domovinskoga rata te u želji da pomognu sudionicima rata, mnogi hrvatski djeĉji pisci devedesetih godina prošloga stoljeća odluĉili su pisati ratnu djeĉju prozu, mahom romane. Ratni roman posebna je vrsta realistiĉnog djeĉjeg romana. Njime se opisuju ratna iskustva i grozote iz djeĉje perspektive. Romani Mali ratni dnevnik Stjepana Tomaša, Strah, me mama Nikole Pulića i Marijina tajna Nade Iveljić jedni su od najpoznatijih hrvatski djeĉjih ratnih romana koji svjedoĉe o svim nedaćama i strašnim trenucima koje su djeca prolazila za vrijeme Domovinskog rata. U romanima možemo vidjeti narušenu sliku djetinjstva zbog sukoba koji su se događali u Hrvatskoj. Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se ratom i njegovim utjecajem na živote ljudi, posebno djece koja su doživjela neposrednu ratnu stvarnost i s takvom stvarnošću morala živjeti i prisilno odrastati.
Abstract (english)
Faced with the horrors of the Homeland war and wishing to help participant of war, many Croatian children's writers of the 1990s decided to write a wartime child's prose, mostly novels. War novel is a special kind of realistic child novels. The war novel describes war experiences and horrors from a child's perspective. Novels The Little Wartime Diary of Stjepan Tomaš, I'm Scared of Nikola Pulić and Mary's Secret of Nada Iveljić are most famous Croatian children's war novels, which testify to all the dreadful and scary moments that children spent during the Homeland war. In novels, we can see a broken childhood picture of conflicts that occurred in Croatia. This master thesis deals with the war and its impact on people's lives, especially children who experienced immediate wartime reality and had to live and forcibly to grow up with such a reality.
