Abstract
Prema razvojno ekološkoj teoriji, na razvoj pojedinca utječu različita okruženja. Promatrajući dijete u kontekstu obiteljskog sustava autore je zanimalo utječe li i na koji način, civilno društvo na obiteljski sustav. Cilj je ovog diplomskog rada bio opisati kako Udruga MoSt pruža podršku obiteljskom sustavu. Korištenjem kvalitativnog istraživačkog nacrta odlučeno je ispitati iskustva korisnika Udruge MoSt. Ispitanici su bili roditelji (n=7) i djeca (n=6), a kao metoda je korišten polustrukturirani intervju. Kao sredstvo za obradu podataka korištena je tematska analiza (Braun i Clarke, 2006). Analizom je utvrđeno da roditelji i djeca povezuju Udrugu MoSt s osjećajem prihvaćenosti i sigurnosti. Također, pokazalo se da specifičan pristup i pružanje raznih vrsta usluga djeluje kao snažna podrška roditeljima i djeci što se značajno reflektira na njihov odnos prema osobama u drugim okruženjima
Abstract (english)
According to the Ecological systems theory, an individual’s development is influenced by multiple surroundings. Whilst observing a child in the context of the family system, the authors were interested to find out whether the civil society influences the family system, and if so, in what way. The aim of this graduate thesis was to describe how the non-governmental organization MoSt provides support to the family system. Qualitative research scheme was used to examine the experiences of the aforementioned organization’s beneficiaries. The interviewees were parents (n=7) and children (n=6), and semi-structured interview was used as the method. Thematic analysis was used as a means of data processing (Braun and Clarke, 2006). It was determined by the data processing that both children and parents are strongly connected to the organization with feelings of acceptance and safety. Also, it was shown that the specific approach and offering different types of services act as a strong support to children and parents, which is further reflected to their relationships with other people in different surroundings.
