Abstract
Informacijska i komunikacijska tehnologija (ICT) može doprinijeti pristupu obrazovanju, isporuci kvalitete učenja i poučavanja, stručnog usavršavanja nastavnika i učinkovitijem upravljanju obrazovanja, uprave i administracije. Današnji učenici predstavljaju prvu generacije učenika koji su odrasli s novom tehnologijom. Oni su proveli cijeli život okruženi računalom i uz pomoću računala, videoigara, digitalnih glazbenih playera, video kamere, mobitela i ostalih alata digitalnog doba. To je sastavni dio njihovih života. Stoga je sasvim logično da se sve više počnju uvoditi ICT u školu. Jedan od primjera korištenja ICT u nastavi matematike je upotreba GeoGebre, matematičkog programa. GeoGebra je dinamični matematički program za sve razine obrazovanja koji okuplja geometriju, algebru, proračunske tablice, grafiku, statistiku i račun u jedan jednostavan paket za korištenje. Zajednica GeoGebra se brzo širi na milijune korisnika koji se nalaze u gotovo svakoj zemlji. GeoGebra je postao vodeći pružatelj dinamičke matematike, podržava znanost, tehnologije, inženjerstvo, matematiku, obrazovanje i inovacije u nastavi i učenju u cijelom svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can contribute to access to education, the delivery of quality learning and teaching, teachers’ professional development and more efficient education management, governance and administration. Today`s students represent the first generations to grow up with new technology. They have spent their entire lives surrounded by and using computers, videogames, digital music players, video cams, cell phones, and other tools of the digital age. That is the integral parts of their lives. Therefore it is logical that more and more begin to introduce ICT in the school. One example of the use of ICT in the teaching of mathematics is the use of GeoGebra, a mathematical program. GeoGebra is dynamic mathematics software for all levels of education that brings together geometry, algebra, spreadsheets, graphing, statistics and calculus in one easy-to-use package. GeoGebra is a rapidly expanding community of millions of users located in just about every country. GeoGebra has become the leading provider of dynamic mathematics software, supporting science, technology, engineering and mathematics education and innovations in teaching and learning worldwide.
