Nowadays the quality school requires preparation of educational employees, students, parents, as well as the entire community, for the changes in school and teaching. Changes at the level of the entire school (school climate, school interior and exterior, relationships in the school), as well as the changes in the realization of teaching should move in positive direction in order to create more stimulative and more productive working atmosphere. Social culture of school and teaching can to a great extent contribute to that with their impact on the entire educational process. In this it is important to emphasise their impact in the sense of promotion of cultural values, development of emotional and social competence of the individual, orientation of attention towards the activity of students, cooperative learning and teaching, and development of interactions in school and in everyday life as well. In the paper terms social culture of school and teaching, their impact on educational process as well as educational values as the key elements of social culture of school and teaching, are all theoretically worked out in detail. The most important theories, which are the basis for social culture of school and teaching, are provided in order to implement them in modern schools more efficiently. At the same time, as the important key elements, notionally are being worked out the terms which relate to the educational climate and which are important for creating comfortable and stimulative learning environment. In such stimulative environment it is unquestionable that it will come to the point of the development of social competences of students as well as the entire social culture of school and teaching.
