Kinesiological activity refers to any movement and activity of an individual whose goal is to improve health and create healthy habits. If the activities are carried out correctly and regularly, it is possible to influence any anthropological feature that results in positive changes. Kinesiological activities to a greater or lesser extent affect morphological and sociological characteristics and functional, cognitive, conative and motor abilities. On the other hand, the absence of kinesiological activities leads to negative consequences such as loss of muscle mass, obesity, spinal deformities, flat feet and various others. They do not occur accidentally or overnight, but it takes some time of inactivity for them to appear. Also, the absence of kinesiological activities disturbs the mental state of the child, and depression, low self-confidence and a number of negative emotions occur. Due to all the above, it is extremely important to start carrying out kinesiological activities from the earliest age of the child, and the institutions in which they spend time are responsible for that, in this case schools. People in charge of carrying out these activities should be aware of the extent to which they are responsible for the growth and development of students and how much positive or negative consequences this will leave in later life. When designing activities, teachers should offer students the largest and most interesting content that is adapted to their age and abilities, and respect their wishes and interests.
