Abstract
Slavenka Drakulić jedna je od najpoznatijih predstavnica ženskog pisma u Hrvatskoj. Njeni romani i publicistički tekstovi bave se kontroverznim temama, kao što su pravo žene na abortus, silovanje, standardi ljepote i mentalno zdravlje žena, stoga je kao književnica često bila optuživana i kritizirana. Drakulić u svojim romanima prikazuje stvarne žene, a one kakve je društvo napravilo za potrebe muškaraca tako je i jedan od ciljeva ovoga rada pokazati da su razlike između muškaraca i žena društveni proizvod. Ovaj rad, na primjeru romana Frida ili o boli i Dora i minotaur, kroz perspektivu psihoanalize i feminističke kritike, analizira sve patrijarhalne obrasce koji su Fridu i Doru sputavali u uspjehu i samoostvarenju. Navedeni patrijarhalni obrasci iščitavaju se u gotovo svim sferama života: od obitelji do karijere i braka. Teze koje će biti iznesene odnose se na opasne posljedice koje život u patrijarhalnom društvu može donijeti.
Abstract (english)
Slavenka Drakulić is one of the most famous representatives of women's writing in Croatia. Her novels and nonfiction texts deal with controversial topics, such as women's right to abortion, rape, beauty standards and women's mental health, so as a writer she was often accused and criticized. In her novels, Drakulić presents real women, not those that society has created for the needs of men, so one of the goals of this work is to prove that the differences between men and women are a social product. This work, using the example of the novels Frida ili o boli and Dora i minotaur, through the perspective of psychoanalysis and feminist criticism, analyzes all the patriarchal patterns that prevented Frida and Dora from success and self-realization. The patriarchal patterns can be read in almost all spheres of life: from family to career and marriage. The theses that will be presented refer to the dangerous consequences that life in a patriarchal society can bring.
