Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga rada je analiza i prikaz važnosti pedagoške kompetencije rukometnog trenera. Na primjerima raznih teorijskih polazišta objašnjen je i definiran pojam pedagoške kompetencije u kontekstu pedagogije sporta i rekreacije. Prvi dio rada navodi i definira pluralističko i pedagoško poimanje kompetencije. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na definiciju rukometa i područje psihologije i pedagogije sporta i rekreacije. Usko vezano uz pedagogiju sporta i rekreacije u ovom radu navode se vrste rukometnih trenera. Radom je prikazano određenje odgoja, obrazovanja i izobrazbe djece i mladih te odgojne i obrazovne uloge trenera, kao i njihove uloge u izobrazbi sportaša. Prikazane pedagoške kompetencije i određenje trenera u završnom dijelu rada povezane su u osam dimenzija pedagoških kompetencija rukometnog trenera. Prikazom različitih uloga trenera radom se želi motivirati rukometne trenere na cjeloživotno pedagoško usavršavanje za ostvarivanje dobre prakse.
Abstract (english)
The main aim of this paper is to analyse and demonstrate the importance of the pedagogical competence of handball coaches. Examples of various theoretical starting points explain and define the concept of pedagogical competence in the context of pedagogy of sport and recreation. The first part of the paper lists and defines the pluralistic and pedagogical understanding of competence. The second part of the paper deals with the definition of handball and the field of psychology and pedagogy of sport and recreation. Closely related to the pedagogy of sport and recreation, this paper lists types of handball trainers. The paper presents the definition of the upbringing, education and training of children and young people, and the educational and training role of trainers, as well as their role in the training of athletes. The presented pedagogical competencies and the definition of handball coaches in the final part of the paper are related to eight dimensions of pedagogical competencies of the handball trainer. By presenting different roles of trainers, the aim of this paper is to motivate handball trainers to a lifetime of pedagogical training to achieve good practice.
