Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje upotrebu digitalnih igara u edukaciji, uz poseban naglasak na pravilnu prehranu djece rane i predškolske dobi. Digitalne igre omogućuju interaktivno učenje i mogu pomoći djeci da kroz igru usvoje zdrave prehrambene navike. Rad obuhvaća teorijski pregled prednosti i nedostataka digitalnih igara u edukaciji. Razmatra ulogu odgojitelja i donosi analizu pravilne prehrane, a prikazuje i primjere igara izrađenih u H5P te rezultati istraživanja provedenog s djecom. Digitalne igre mogu doprinijeti sedentarnom načinu života, što često vodi do loših prehrambenih navika i povećanog rizika od pretilosti. Djeca koja puno vremena provode uz digitalne igre sklona su konzumiranju nezdrave hrane, što negativno utječe na njihovo zdravlje. Potrebno je razviti strategije koje će uravnotežiti vrijeme provedeno u igranju digitalnih igara s tjelesnom aktivnošću i zdravom prehranom. Edukativne igre mogu doprinijeti poučavanju djece o važnosti zdrave prehrane i redovite tjelesne aktivnosti, uz smanjenje negativnih utjecaja prekomjernog vremena provedenog pred ekranom.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores the use of digital games in education, with a particular focus on proper nutrition for early and preschool-aged children. Digital games enable interactive learning and can help children adopt healthy eating habits through play. The paper includes a theoretical review of the advantages and disadvantages of digital games in education. It examines the role of educators and provides an analysis of proper nutrition, showcasing examples of games created in H5P and presenting the results of a study conducted with children. Digital games can contribute to a sedentary lifestyle, often leading to poor eating habits and an increased risk of obesity. Children who spend a lot of time playing digital games are prone to consuming unhealthy food, which negatively impacts their health. It is necessary to develop strategies that balance the time spent playing digital games with physical activity and healthy eating. Educational games can aid in teaching children the importance of healthy nutrition and regular physical activity while reducing the negative effects of excessive screen time.
