Abstract
U današnjem društvu, sve češće se suočavamo s rastavama brakova i njihovim štetnim posljedicama, poput razdvojenosti, tuge i nesklada. No, jedan od najtežih aspekata razvoda je njegov utjecaj na djecu, koji može ostaviti trajne posljedice. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti što je razvod, njegove posljedice i kako utječe na djecu u njihovom daljnjem odrastanju. Rad je podijeljen u šest tematskih jedinica koje definiraju što je to brak, a što razvod, koji su to izazovi i posljedice razvoda, prava djece u razvodu, otuđenje djece od roditelja te podršku roditeljima i djeci od strane vrtića i odgajatelja. Kroz ove teme, rad nastoji pružiti dublji uvid i istaknuti važnost podrške i razumijevanja za djecu koja prolaze kroz razvod roditelja.
Abstract (english)
In today's society, we are increasingly facing divorces and their detrimental consequences, such as separation, sadness, and discord. However, one of the most challenging aspects of divorce is its impact on children, which can leave lasting effects. The aim of this study is to explore what divorce is, its consequences, and how it affects children in their further upbringing. The paper is divided into six thematic units that define what marriage and divorce are, what challenges and consequences divorce brings, children's rights in divorce, parental alienation, and support for parents and children from preschools and educators. Through these topics, the study seeks to provide deeper insight and emphasize the importance of support and understanding for children going through parental divorce.
