This paper describes the dramatic work that has always been on the scene. For children performing arts is one of the possibilities of experiencing the world around them and in themselves. It is an important factor in raising a child and it should be approached with responsibility and care. For achieving those goals it is necessary to show and express the truth, nobility and beauty, but also overcoming life's difficulties Children’s life is being enriched with traditional stories, legends, fairy tales, fables, folk tales and legends. For the child’s experience in the beauty of oral literature it is necessary to make it more child appropriate. The best way to do this is a dramatization and adaptation of these prose works. Folk tales about Diocletian were chosen because of the close association children with the city they live in and in which Diocletian lived and built the palace, which was named after him. As previously noted folk tales are difficult to read to children, especially those of Diocletian, because he murdered and tortured people. Therefore, they are dramatized and adapted for children to learn about the life of people in the Roman era, differences once and today, Reciprocal need between the parent and child, need for reconciliation and the development of creativity for children. Performances, especially puppet shows, in kindergarten are unquestionable and should be a common occurrence in working with children.
