Abstract
Rad prikazuje široki pojam jezično-govornog razvojnog poremećaja kroz neka od osnovnih obilježja socijalno (pragmatičnog) komunikacijskog poremećaja, poremećaja iz spektra autizma te intelektualnog razvojnog poremećaja uz opće razvojno zaostajanje. Navedeni poremećaji opisani su na razini dijagnostike, neurologije, etiologije, fonetike i pragmatike. Kako bi se sva spomenuta obilježja mogla lakše pratiti i razumjeti, prva poglavlja prikazuju razvoj komunikacije kroz njezine faze, razvoj jezika i govora i razvoj pragmatičnih vještina skupa s teorijom uma. Nakon prikaza spomenutih poremećaja, iznesene su glavne smjernice u procjeni rane komunikacije u predjezičnom i jezičnom razdoblju, s naglaskom na pravovremenu i pravilnu ranu intervenciju kako bi se djeci omogućilo kvalitetno djetinjstvo i osobni razvoj.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents a broad concept of developmental speech and language disorder through some of the basic features of social (pragmatic) communication disorder, autism spectrum disorder and intellectual developmental disorder with general developmental delay. The mentioned disorders are described on the levels of diagnostics, neurology, etiology, phonetics and pragmatics. In order to make all the mentioned features easier to follow and comprehend, the first chapters show a development of communication through its stages, the development of language and speech and the development of pragmatic skills together with a theory of mind. After the presentation of the mentioned disorders, the main guidelines in the assessment of early communication in the pre-linguistic and linguistic period are put forward, with an emphasis on timely and proper early intervention in order to provide children with a quality childhood and personal development.
