Abstract
Umjetna inteligencija neizbježna je pojava. Koristi se u mnogim sferama ljudskog života, olakšava rutinske zadatke i služi kao izvor inspiracije pri rješavanju ljudskih problema. Umjetna inteligencija višesatne zadatke pretvara u banalnosti, te ih rješava u roku od par minuta, ali također sa sobom donosi velik broj negativnih posljedica. Pojedinci koji koriste umjetnu inteligenciju prečesto mogu izgubiti oštrinu svojih kognitivnih mogućnosti i atrofirati svoje mentalne kapacitete, jer sve što je rezultat umjetne inteligencije neće trajno spremati u svoju memoriju. Diplomski rad temelji se na konceptima umreženog društva i informacijskog doba Manuela Castellsa, kasne modernosti Anthonyja Giddensa, te promjene statusa znanja Jeana-Françoisa Lyotarda i Konrada Paula Liessmanna. Diplomski rad bavi se pojavom i razvojem umjetne inteligencije, metodologijom i analizom istraživanja provedenog u svrhu rada, pozitivnim i negativnim stranama korištenja umjetne inteligencije, te načinom kako koristiti umjetnu inteligenciju.
Abstract (english)
Artificial intelligence is an inevitable phenomenom. It is used in many spheres of human life, it facilitates routine tasks and serves as a source of inspiration when solving human problems. Artificial intelligence turns hour-long tasks into banalities and solves them within a few minutes, but it also brings with it a large number of negative consequences. Individuals who use artificial intelligence too often can lose the sharpness of their cognitive abilities and athropy their mental capacities, because everything that is the result of artificial intelligence won't be permanently stored in their memory. The thesis is based on the concepts of network society and the information age by Manuel Castells, late modernity by Anthony Giddens and the changing status of knowledge by Jean-François Lyotard and Konrad Paul Liessmann. The thesis deals with the appearance and development of artificial intelligence, the methodology and analysis of the research conducted for the purpose of the thesis, the positive and negative side effects of using artificial intelligence and how to properly use artificial intelligence
