Abstract
Rad daje glavne preglede teorija o inovacijskoj organizacijskoj kulturi. Navodi se značaj koji organizacija ima u suvremenom društvu. Čovjek u organizaciji provodi čitav svoj život, organizacija nam omogućuje realizaciju najsloženijih zadataka, proširuje naše individualne snage i ubrzava proces ostvarivanja zadataka. Njezina uloga od iznimne je važnosti, pogotovo danas u suvremenom svijetu koji je sam po sebi složen i u kojem je nužno postojanje organizacija. Ali, da bi jedna organizacija opstala u stalno promjenjivoj okolini današnjice, ona mora biti inovativna. To znači da se mora prilagoditi uvjetima okoline i da uvjete okoline mora prilagoditi sebi. Ona mora imati takvu organizacijsku kultura koja će poticati svoje članove na neprestan napredak i stalno učenje. Organizacijska kultura očituje se kroz vrijednosti, norme, pravila i jezik koji je zajednički svim njezinim članovima. Iako je možda nevidljiva, organizacijska kultura predstavlja glavni preduvjet za uspješnost svake organizacije.
Abstract (english)
The paper gives major overviews of theories on innovative organizational culture. The importance of organization in contemporary society is stated. The person in the organization spends his whole life, the organization enables us to accomplish the most complex tasks, expands our individual strengths and speeds up the process of accomplishing tasks. Its role is of paramount importance, especially today in the modern world, which is complex in itself and in which the existence of organizations is necessary. But for an organization to survive in the ever-changing environment of today, it must be innovative. This means that it must adapt to environmental conditions and that it must adapt to environmental conditions. It must have an organizational culture that will encourage its members to continually thrive and learn constantly. Organizational culture is manifested through values, norms, rules and language common to all its members. Although it may be invisible, organizational culture is a major prerequisite for the success of any organization.
