Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad donosi tematsku analizu filmskih reprezentacija obitelji mladih koji koriste opijate. U teorijskom dijelu donosi se određivanje pojma poremećaja ovisnosti o opijatima te se govori o mladim osobama s poremećajem ovisnosti o opijatima. Potom se, pregledom domaćih i inozemnih istraživanja, prikazuje dinamika obitelji s mladom osobom koja koristi opijate. Na kraju teorijskog okvira piše se o pedagoškoj relevantnosti medijskih prikaza obitelji, gdje se naglašava važnost utjecaja medija na društvo. Istraživački dio odnosi se na korpusu od devetnaest filmova koji tematskom analizom odgovara na cilj istraživanja koji glasi: opisati kako su u inozemnim filmovima, objavljenima u periodu između 1981. i 2020. godine i dostupnim na Amazon Prime Videu, reprezentirane obitelji mladih koji koriste opijate. Rezultati tematske analize razlikuju roditelje koji sudjeluju u odgoju mladih koji koriste opijate i one koji ih zanemaruju. Mladi su prikazani kao pasivna bića koji za razvoj ovisnosti krive roditelje, dok na odnos roditelja i mladih utječe i društveni kontekst.
Abstract (english)
This thesis brings a thematic analysis of film representations of families of youth who use opiates. In the theoretical work, the concept of opiate addiction is defined and it is additionally addressed to opiod depended youth. Then, a review of the of domestic and foreign research shows the dynamics of the family with a young person who uses opiates. At the end of the theoretical framework, the pedagogical relevance of media representations of families is discussed, where the importance of the influence of the media on society is emphasized. The research part of the paper using the thematic analysis on a corpus of 19 movies, answers on the aim of the research, which is: to describe how families of young people who use opiates are represented in foreign films published between 1981. and 2020. and are available on the Amazon Prime Video streaming service. The results of the thematic analysis distinguish between parents who participate in the upbringing of opiod depended youth and those who neglect them. Opiod depended youth is portrayed as passive as they blame their parents for the development of their addiction, while the relationship between parents and the youth is influenced by the social context.
