Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom drugosti naslovnih junakinja jedne od najprominentnijih feminističkih, ali i međuknjiževnih autorica ovih prostora. Formom romansiranih biografija, Slavenka Drakulić dotiče se tema koje u njezinom romanesknom opusu zauzimaju kapitalno mjesto, a to su prvenstveno tijelo i žena. Žensko tijelo i ženski identitet pod pritiskom boli promatrani su na primjeru Fride Kahlo. Žena u sukobu s muškarcem na privatnom i karijernom planu prikazana je kroz Doru Maar. Svojevrstan zbroj prve dvije predstavlja Mileva Marić, hendikepirana fizički, a oštećena psihički u konstantnom ratu s muškarcem koji ju je nekada volio. Interkulturna interpretacija književnosti nudi mogućnosti promatranja identiteta na više razina, počevši od one koja se tiče kulturne pripadnosti u najplastičnijem smislu, one nacionalne, preko stranosti koja se manifestira kroz psihičke i fizičke bolesti, rodne pripadnosti, ali i manevre kojima se prevladava trauma. Podijeljen u četiri cjeline, ovaj rad nudi kratak pregled pojmova i povijesti interkulturne znanosti o književnosti i analize romana iz perspektive interkulturne znanosti o književnosti, kognitivne stilistike, kao i feminističke kritike.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this thesis is the analysis of the otherness of the title characters of one of the most prominent feminist and intercultural authors of the Balkans. Taking a central place in her opus of novels, Slavenka Drakulić tackles topics such as primarily the body and the woman, in the form of embellished biographies. The body and identity of the woman, under the pressure of pain, is observed through the example of Frida Kahlo. The conflict of the woman with the man, both privately and professionally, is depicted through Dora Maar. A makeshift combination of the two is presented with Mileva Marić, a woman physically handicapped and psychologically damaged, who is in a constant conflict with the man that once loved her. An intercultural literature interpretation offers possibilities of multiple-level identity observation, from cultural belonging in the basest sense of nationality, to otherness manifested through various psychological and physical diseases, gender affiliation, as well as methods of overcoming trauma. Organized into four sections, this thesis offers a brief overview of the terms and the history of intercultural research in literary study and the analysis of novels from the point of view of the feminist tradition, cognitive stylistics, as well as intercultural research in literary study.
