Abstract
U ovom radu temeljito je objašnjen fenomen ljudske kreativnosti: različiti pogledi i komponente kreativnosti te temeljne osobine naglašeno kreativnih pojedinaca. Analizira se i mjesto kreativnosti u obrazovanju, naročito u nastavi informatike, te mogućnosti koje nastava informatike nudi u poticanju kreativnosti. Potom se u istraživanju obrađuje povezanost između nastavničke samoprocjene prepoznavanja kreativnosti kod pojedinog učenika te otvorenosti, fluentnosti i fleksibilnosti njegovih metoda, nastavnih pomagala u poučavanju i ispitivanju, kojima nastoji potaknuti kreativnost kod učenika. Istražuje se i nastavničke stavove o utjecaju nastave informatike i njezinih pojedinih osnovnih sadržaja na kreativnost te mogu li navedeni sadržaji potaknuti bolje učenje i kreativnost i u drugim škoslkim predmetima. Naglasak je i na nastavničkim prijedlozima oko dodatnih programa i sadržaja za poticanje kreativnosti te na savjetima oko najnužnijih promjena osnovnih elemenata nastave informatike s ciljem poticanja kreativnosti.
Abstract (english)
In this peace of work the phenomenon of human creativity is thoroughly explained with different views and components of creativity along with the fundamental features of highly creative individuals. The place of creativity in education, especially in informatics teaching is also analyzed along with posibilities the informatics teaching offers in fostering creativity. Then in the research the connection between teacher's self assessment in recognition of creativity with each student and openness, fluency and flexibility of his/her methods and teachers' aids in teaching and examination, by which he/she seeks to stimulate student's creativity is processed. There is also research of teachers' attitudes towards the impact of informatics teaching and some of its basic contents on creativity and whether the content mentioned above can encourage better learning and creativity in other school subjects. Emphasis is also on the teachers' suggestions on additional programs and contents to encourage creativity and advices on the most important changes in basic elements of informatics teaching with the aim of encouraging creativity.
