Abstract
U ovome je radu cilj istražiti i opisati specifičnosti i izazove u odgoju i obrazovanju dječaka s poremećajem iz spektra autizma u predškolskom i obiteljskom okruženju prema slučaju dječaka s kojim, kao osobni pomoćnik, radim izvjesno vrijeme. Prvotno će se, dakle, iznijeti neke pojedinosti o djetetu i njegovoj obitelji relevantne za ovaj rad. To se odnosi na period trudnoće, preko rođenja djeteta pa sve do uočavanja problema. Prilikom uočenog problema, ključno je istaknuti i reakcije obitelji i bliskih mu osoba te kako je tekao njihov put od traženja stručne pomoći do dobivanja dijagnoze i odgovarajućeg programa rane intervencije, odnosno terapije. S druge strane, u radu će biti istaknuti i problemi i izazovi, odnosno poteškoće s kojima su se susretali sami roditelji, ali i djelatnici ustanove za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje pri radu s dječakom. Također, bit će riječi o tome kako se sama ustanova prilagođavala dječaku te kakvom ocjenjuju razinu inkluzivnosti ustanove, odnosno kako percipiraju uključivanje djece s posebnim potrebama u redovite programe ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Ključnim dijelom smatram praćenje samih rezultata kojima mi je intencija usporediti njegovo stanje u razdoblju prije dolaska asistenta, preko dolaska asistenta pa sve do trenutne situacije te naglasiti do kojih je pomaka došlo u njegovom komunikacijskom, ekspresivnom i spoznajnom razvoju.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to describe the specifics and challenges of caretaking a child with autism spectre disorder in preschool and family environment. First, certain details about the child and his background will be presented. This includes the pregnancy, the birth of a child, as well as the moment of discovering developmental disorder. It is important to point out the reactions of the family and their approach to seeking help in therapy and program of early intervention in autism. Second, this paper will show the challenges that parents and preschool teaches were faced with while interacting with the child. Also, inclusion of children with special needs in kindergarten will be reviewed in the case of this child. It is a key factor to compare child's condition in the beginning with the child's progress in the presence of the assistant in his current situation. Therefore, a child's step foward in communication, motoric and cognitive development will be included in this paper.
