Abstract
Tema ovog rada je utiliziranje resursa lokalne zajednice u suradnji školskoga pedagoga s obiteljima, što se odnosi na prepoznavanje resursa koji postoje u lokalnoj zajednici i njihovo aktivno uključivanje u suradnju s obiteljima, kao i na djelovanje pedagoga u osmišljavanju i organizaciji aktivnosti za obitelji u suradnji s dionicima lokalne zajednice. Budući da u hrvatskom kontekstu postoji manjak istraživanja koja su se bavila ovom tematikom, cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi u kojoj mjeri školski pedagozi osnovnih škola iz različitih dijelova Republike Hrvatske u procesu suradnje s obiteljima utiliziraju resurse koji obiteljima stoje na raspolaganju u lokalnoj zajednici te kako evaluiraju vlastitu utilizacijsku ulogu u suradnji s obiteljima. Podaci su prikupljeni polustrukturiranim intervjuom, nakon čega su analizirani metodom tematske analize. Rezultati upućuju na to da postoje dva temeljna usmjerenja utilizacije resursa lokalne zajednice u suradnji pedagoga s obiteljima, reaktivna i preventivna, a analizom prikupljenih podataka uočljiva je slojevitost utilizacijske uloge pedagoga koji, između ostaloga, pruža informacije obiteljima, koordinira i evaluira aktivnosti te pruža podršku obiteljima u procesu suradnje. U tom se procesu također susreće s određenim preprekama poput otpora obitelji, neoptimalne komunikacije s vanjskim dionicima, nedostatka vremena, opterećenosti resursa lokalne zajednice i njihove fizičke udaljenosti, ograničenog broja mogućih korisnika usluga i financijskih izdataka koje zahtijevaju. Na kraju rada prikazana su ograničenja istraživanja kao i implikacije za buduća istraživanja ove pojave.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with utilizing community resources in school pedagogue–family collaboration, which refers to identifying resources that exist in the community and their active involvement in collaboration with families. It also refers to school pedagogues creating and coordinating activities for families in collaboration with community resources. As there is a lack of research on this topic in Croatia, the aim of this study is to determine to what extent elementary school pedagogues from various parts of Croatia utilize community resources in the process of collaborating with families and how they evaluate their utilizing role. Semi-structured interviews were conducted in order to collect the data which was analyzed using thematic analysis. The results have shown that there are two basic orientations when it comes to utilizing community resources in school pedagogue–family collaboration, namely reactive and preventive. The analysis has also shown that a school pedagogue’s utilizing role has different facets, such as providing families with information, coordinating and evaluating activities and being a support system for families in the collaborative process. In this process school pedagogues also face some obstacles, such as resistance from families, suboptimal communication with community resources, lack of time, overload and remoteness of community resources, limited number of potential users and the accompanying financial expenses. Final remarks of the thesis present the limitations of this study and its implications for future research on this topic.
