Abstract
U prvom dijelu ovoga rada iznesen je teorijski pregled svojstava keramike, proizvodnog procesa keramičkih predmeta i osnova konzervacije i restauracije keramičkog materijala. Drugi dio rada iznosi obradu keramičkog materijala iz objekta „kuća br. 12“ s lokaliteta Vučedol-Kukuruzište Streim. Naveden je broj nalaza i količine fragmenata po nalazu, a autor je naveo osobnu slobodnu procjenu moguće količine keramičkih posuda koje su bile u sklopu objekta. Cjelovitih predmeta s dovoljno elemenata za rekonstrukciju bilo je 25, koji su odmah i konzervirani i restaurirani. Opisan je metodološki postupak obrade svakog predmeta, a pojedini postupci su potkrijepljeni vizualnim primjerima odabranih predmeta. Svaki predmet je fotografijom predstavljen nakon završetka konzervacije i restauracije. Rad se zaključuje mišlju kako bi svi arheolozi trebali biti upoznati barem s osnovama konzervacije i restauracije s ciljem savjesnijeg istraživanja i većeg obraćanja pozornosti na keramički materijal.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of this paper, a theoretical overview of the properties of ceramics, the production process of ceramic objects and the basics of conservation and restoration of ceramic material is given. The second part of the paper deals with the processing of ceramic material from the building "kuća br. 12 “from the Vučedol-Kukuruzište Streim site. The number of finds and the amount of fragments per find were stated, and the author provided a personal free estimate of the possible amount of ceramic vessels that were part of the building. There were 25 items with enough elements for a complete reconstruction, which were immediately conserved and restored. The methodological procedure of processing each object is described, and individual procedures are supported by visual examples of selected objects. Each object is presented with a photograph after the completion of the conservation and restoration. The paper concludes with the idea that all archaeologists should be acquainted at least with the basics of conservation and restoration with the aim of more conscientious research and greater attention to ceramic material.
