Abstract
Elektronički arhiv nastaje kao rješenje za pohranu arhivskog gradiva nastalog elektroničkim poslovanjem. U radu se daje prikaz poslovanja elektroničkog arhiva, pri čemu se naglasak stavlja na odgovornosti arhiva, arhivsku interoperabilnost i kvalitetu. Prikazan je i transfer elektroničkih zapisa od njihovog stvaratelja do arhiva u kojem će se čuvati. Posebno se izlaže problematika vezana uz dugoročno čuvanje elektroničkog gradiva koja uključuje odabir programskih alata, formata i standarda, održavanje stabilnosti, sigurnost te pohranu u oblaku. Također, opisani su kriteriji za utvrđivanje vjerodostojnosti pojedinog arhiva, ali i stanje s elektroničkim arhivima u Hrvatskoj. Zaključuje se da ovakvom obliku pohrane i očuvanja gradiva tek slijede promjene i daljnji razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Electronic archive was created as a solution for storage of archival holdings which were created in the course of electronic business. This thesis gives overview of management of electronic archives with special focus on its responsibilities, archival interoperability and quality. The transfer of electronic records from its producers to the archive where it will be stored is analysed. The issues related to the long-term preservation of electronic holdings, which include the selection of software tools, formats and standards, maintenance of fixity, security and cloud storage, are specifically explained. Also, the criteria for determining trustworthiness of an individual archive are described and the description of the situation with electronic archives in Croatia is given. It is concluded that this form of storage and preservation will be faced with further changes and development.
