Abstract
U ovom radu su definirani i opisani postojeći informacijski sustavi i mobilne aplikacije koje se koriste u svrhu promocije Dubrovnika kao turističke destinacije. Analizirana su postojeća rješenja i alati koji se koriste u predmetnim informacijskim sustavima, vrste web stranica i aplikacija koje prevladavaju, uz analizu nezaobilaznih društvenih mreža i njihovog utjecaja u današnjem poslovnom okruženju. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na informacijske sustave razvijene u sklopu lokalnih i regionalnih turističkih zajednica te na projekt PPS-a HTZ-a. Glavni cilj rada je utvrditi jesu li u alatima podjednako zastupljeni i materijalni i nematerijalni oblici kulturne baštine, jesu li zastupljeni tijekom cijele godine, jesu li podjednako dostupni svima, koje su platforme i načini prezentacije podataka zastupljenije, te koliko je nužno vizualizirati i pojednostavniti prikaz podataka za krajnjeg korisnika.
Abstract (english)
This research paper defines and describes the existing information systems and mobile applications used for promoting Dubrovnik as a tourist destination. The research focuses on the existing solutions and tools used in information systems in question, the types of websites and applications that prevail, with an analysis of the inevitable social networks and their impact in today's business environment. Special emphasis was placed on information systems developed within local and regional tourist boards and on the HTZ PPS project. The main goal of this paper is to determine whether tangible and intangible forms of cultural heritage are equally represented in the systems, whether they are represented throughout the year, whether they are equally accessible to all, which platforms and data presentation methods are more present, and how much it is necessary to visualize and simplify data presentation for the end user.
