Abstract
Ličko-senjska županija sadrži brojne prirodne i antropogene turističke atrakcije koje privlače turiste iz različitih dijelova svijeta. Početkom 2020. godine svijet je pogodila pandemija bolesti COVID-19 koja se proširila iz Kine te utjecala na svaki aspekt modernog društva pa tako i na turizam. U ovom radu prikazat će se utjecaj pandemije bolesti COVID-19 na turizam Ličko-senjske županije pomoću komparacije statističkih podataka za vremenski period od 2016. do 2020. godine, dok će se točni načini prilagodbe novim uvjetima analizirati kvalitativnom metodom uz pomoć intervjua s različitim turističkim djelatnicima te vlasnicima smještajnih i ugostiteljskih objekata Ličko-senjske županije.
Abstract (english)
The Lika-Senj County contains numerous natural and anthropogenic tourist attractions that attract tourists from all over the world. At the beginning of 2020, the world was hit by the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 disease, which spread from China all over the world and affected every aspect of modern society, including tourism. This paper will present the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism of Lika-Senj County by comparing the statistical data for the period from 2016 to 2020. The exact ways of adapting to the new conditions will be analyzed by a qualitative method with the help of interviews with various tourist workers and owners of accommodation and service facilities in Lika-Senj County.
