Abstract
Pandemija izazvana bolešću COVID-19 koju uzrokuje koronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) promijenila je način funkcioniranja cijelog društva i većine njegovih aspekata. S obzirom da se virus kapljično prenosi i to bliskim kontaktom, savjetovalo se držanje distance, a to je vrijedilo i za mnoge djelatnosti koje su svoje novo radno okruženje pronašle u domovima za radnim stolovima. Odgojno- obrazovni sustav nije bio iznimka pa se tako i Republika Hrvatska, kao i ostale zemlje svijeta pogođene ovom bolešću u ožujku 2020. godine prebacuje na oblik nastave na daljinu koji je kao jedini takav način održavanja nastave potrajao do kraja školske godine 2019./2020., a ovaj rad se bavi upravo tim razdobljem. Nagli prelazak na nastavu na daljinu izazvao je i povećanje radnog opterećenja nastavnika. Cilj istraživanja ovoga rada bio je ispitati i utvrditi stavove sudionika istraživanja, odnosno nastavnika srednjih škola o nastavi na daljinu za u razdoblju od 16. ožujka do kraja školske godine 2019./2020. U istraživanju se ispitivao stupanj zadovoljstva, potpore, prilagodbe i opterećenja nastavnika tijekom nastave na daljinu te, također, stavovi vezani za proces evaluacije tijekom iste i primjerenost materijalno-tehničkih uvjeta. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da sudionici istraživanja iskazuju visok stupanj opterećenja nastavom na daljinu, a pokazala se i statistički značajna razlika u opterećenju nastavom na daljinu. Nastavnice su se izjasnile kako se osjećaju opterećenije tijekom nastave na daljinu u odnosu na klasični oblik nastave nego nastavnici. Oko potpore nadležnih agencija sudionici istraživanja bili su neodlučni, ali se većina slaže da su se dobro snašli u nastavi na daljinu. Rezultati su pokazali i kako je ženama bilo teže praćenje aktivnosti učenika u odnosu na muškarce.
Abstract (english)
COVID-19 pandemic (SARS-CoV-2) has changed the way society and most aspects of society function. Since the virus is transmitted through close contact, it was advisable to keep a distance, and this was also true for many activities that found their new work environment in homes. The educational system was no exception, so in March 2020 the Republic of Croatia, as well as other countries affected by this disease, switched to a form of distance learning that lasted until the end of the 2019/2020 school year as the only such way of teaching, and this paper deals with precisely that period. The sudden transition to distance teaching also caused an increase in the workload of teachers. The aim of the research of this paper was to examine and determine the attitudes of research participants, high school teachers, about distance learning for the period from March 16 to the end of the school year 2019/2020. The research examined the degree of satisfaction, support, adjustment and workload of teachers during distance learning, as well as attitudes related to the evaluation process and the adequacy of material and technical conditions. The results of the research show that the participants in the research show a high degree of distance teaching load, and a statistically significant difference in the distance teaching load was shown. Female teachers stated that they feel more burdened during distance learning compared to the classic form of teaching than male teachers. The participants in the research were hesitant about the support of the competent agencies, but most agree that they did well in distance learning. The results also showed that it was more difficult for women to monitor student activity compared to men.
