Abstract
Instrumentalne kinematske tehnike vrste su laboratorijskih tehnika koje se primarno koriste za istraživanje različitih fizioloških aspekata govorne proizvodnje, a posebno kretanja govornih organa. Iako se primarno koriste u istraživačke svrhe, postoji sve više istraživanja koja pokazuju njihovu učinkovitost u govornoj dijagnostici i terapiji s ciljem ispravljanja različitih govornih poremećaja te poboljšanja govorne razumljivosti. U ovom će se radu dati uvid u načela rada tehnikama uz pojašnjenja o prednostima i nedostacima pojedinih instrumentalnih kinematskih tehnika. Također, pregledom relevantne literature bit će opisani načini korištenja tehnika tijekom dijagnostičkog i rehabilitacijskog postupka različitih govornih poremećaja. Opisat će se pristup dijagnostici i terapiji temeljena na vizualnoj povratnoj sprezi ostvarenoj instrumentalnim kinematskim tehnikama, pokazat će se razlike i opisati prednosti vizualne povratne sprege u kombinaciji s auditivnom u terapiji govornih poremećaja u usporedbi s tradicionalnim pristupom koji se temelji na auditivnoj povratnoj sprezi. U radu se nalazi i prijedlog fonetske korekcije užega sigmatizma, koja za postizanje vizualne povratne sprege koristi elektropalatografiju.
Abstract (english)
Instrumental kinematic techniques are types of laboratory techniques that are primarily used to investigate various physiological aspects of speech production, especially the movements of speech organs. Although they are primarily used for research purposes, there is a growing number of studies showing their effectiveness in speech diagnostics and therapy with the aim of correcting various speech disorders and improving speech intelligibility. This paper will provide an insight into the principles of work and list the advantages and disadvantages of individual instrumental kinematic techniques. Also, by reviewing relevant literature, this paper will also describe ways the techniques are used during the diagnostic and rehabilitation process of various speech disorders. The approach of diagnostics and therapy of atypical speech based on visual feedback achieved by instrumental kinematic techniques will also be described, the differences and advantages of visual feedback in combination with auditory feedback in treatment of atypical speech will be shown compared with the traditional approach based on auditory feedback. The paper also proposes a phonetic correction plan for sigmatism, which uses electropalatography to achieve visual feedback.
