Abstract
Gradivni blokovi osnovne su digitalne usluge infrastrukture koje pružaju temeljne predispozicije europskim projektima za prijenos digitalnih javnih usluga i osiguravanje interoperabilnosti informatičkih sustava među građanima i poslovnim subjektima na području EU. Gradivni blokovi dio su instrumenta za povezivanje Europe, odnosno CEF-a, točnije njegova telekomunikacijskog sektora koji omogućava stvaranje i implementaciju nacionalnih i prekograničnih digitalnih mreža i usluga u svrhu održivosti jedinstvenog digitalnog tržišta pri čemu koristi digitalne usluge infrastrukture (engl. digital service infrastructure, DSI), odnosno gradivne blokove ili sektorsko specifične DSI-ove. Hrvatska je, kao i sve ostale zemlje članice EU-a, prepoznala važnost primjene gradivnih blokova. Upravo zato se za vrijeme djelovanja CEF-a pokreče velik broj projekata na nacionalnim ili međunarodnim razinama čime se pridonosi poboljšanju poslovanja, kvaliteti života, ali i poboljšanju svakodnevnog života građana.
Abstract (english)
Building blocks are the core digital infrastructure services which provide core functionalities for European projects for transmission of digital public services and facilitate interoperability of information systems among citizens and businesses in the EU. Building blocks are part of the European key funding instrument, Connecting Europe Facility – CEF, more precisely its telecommunication sector which enables creation and implementation of national and cross-border digital networks and services for sustainability of the digital single market using digital service infrastructure (DSI) which can be either building blocks or sector-specific DSIs. Like all of the EU member states, Croatia has recognized the importance of applying building blocks. That is why the large number of projects has been launched at national or cross-border level during the operation of CEF, which contributes to the improvement of businesses, quality of life and everyday life of the citizens.
