Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je istražiti unutarnju značenjsku strukturu sustava kineskih znakova s naglaskom na znakove motivirane pojmovnom i kulturnom kategorijom čovjeka. S pretpostavkom da je kinesko pismo rezultat ljudskog razumijevanja i poimanja vlastite stvarnosti, analizirali smo značenjske pravilnosti među znakovima koji u svojoj strukturi sadrže iste semantičke radikale. Znakovi određeni dvama semantičkim radikalima „žena“ i „srce“ prema značenju su kategorizirani u potkategorije i stavljeni u povijesno kulturni kontekst. Analiza je pokazala da znakovi određeni radikalom „žena“ svojim značenjima oslikavaju kulturno uvjetovan model žene, a znakovi s radikalom „srce“ kardiocentričnu prirodu jezika i kulture drevnih Kineza. Pokazano je da se kroz analizu značenjske i kategorizacijske strukture kineskog pisma mogu istražiti i opisati elementi kulture i društva ljudi koji su ga razvili.
Abstract (english)
This work aims to research the internal semantic structure of the Chinese writing system, with the emphasis being on Chinese characters motivated by the conceptual and cultural category of human. With the assumption that the Chinese script is the result of human understanding and conceptualisation of one's own reality, we analysed semantic regularities between characters that have the same semantic radicals in their structures. The characters that contain the two semantic radicals "woman" and "heart" are categorized into subcategories according to their meaning , and placed in a historical-cultural context. The analysis showed that characters that contain "woman" radical illustrate culturally conditioned model of a woman in ancient China. On the other hand characters with the radical "heart" reflect the cardiocentric nature of the language and culture of the ancient Chinese. It is shown that through the analysis of the semantic and categorization structure of the Chinese script, it is possible to investigate and describe socio-cultural elements of the people who developed it.
