Abstract Suvremeni muzej vrlo je slojevit te ima raznolike uloge. Otvaraju se novi
komunikacijski pristupi i strategije, među kojima je i kreiranje doživljaja. Cilj rada je
istražiti i proučiti načine kreiranja doživljaja te prikazati njegov značaj i doprinos
kvaliteti muzejskog iskustva i ispunjenju muzejskih uloga. Kreiranje doživljaja
omogućuje jedinstveno i autentično iskustvo izložbe i samog muzeja, koje je za svakog
posjetitelja subjektivno i potiče stvaranje osobnih značenja i spoznaja. Pri njegovom
kreiranju često se koriste strategije ekonomije doživljaja te se surađuje s pripadnicima
kreativnih industrija kako bi se kvalitetno i zanimljivo realizirale kreativne ideje poput
instalacija i simulacija na izložbama ili popratnih proizvoda. Temelj za kreiranje
doživljaja čini izgradnja zanimljive, posjetiteljima bliske i razumljive te autentične priče,
koja se nadopunjuje i dočarava kroz pomno i kreativno oblikovan i organiziran prostor,
koji djeluje na osjetila kroz raznovrsne, multisenzorne podražaje. Pri tom je važno
dobro iskoristit dizajn, arhitekturu te tehnološke mogućnosti kako bi se izložba
nadogradila, učinila privlačnijom i interesantnijom, oživjela priču te angažirala
pojedinca da aktivno sudjeluje. Kreiranje doživljaja u muzeju može pružiti zabavno, ali
istovremeno i edukativno iskustvo te s interaktivnim pristupom i angažiranjem
pojedinca potaknuti promišljanja, komunikaciju i preispitivanje važnih društvenih tema.
Stvaranje doživljaja ima potencijal ispuniti ulogu muzeja kao edukacijskog prostora,
ali istovremeno potaknuti, učvrstit i personalizirati komunikaciju između muzeja i
posjetitelja te ispuniti društvenu ulogu muzeja, a sve to dok posjetiteljima nudi
zanimljiv, autentičan i atraktivan sadržaj koji će ih zabaviti i privlačiti da se vrate.
Abstract (english) Contemporary museum has many layers and multiple roles. That opens up new communication approaches and strategies, among which is also creating sensational experience. The goal of this paper is to examine ways of creating sensational experience as well as its importance and contribution to quality of museum experience and fulfillment of museum roles. Creating experience enables a unique, authentic and incredible experience of the museum exhibition. It is subjective for each visitor and encourages the creation of personal meanings and conclusions. Creating experience entails the use of economic strategies and cooperation with creative industries in order to achieve interesting realization of creative ideas such as installations and simulations at exhibitions or creative products. The main basis for creating museum experience is the construction of interesting, comprehensible and authentic stories, which are complemented and evoked through a carefully and creatively designed and organized space that affects senses through various, multisensory stimuli. In doing so, it is important to make good use of design, architecture and technology in order to make the exhibition more attractive and interesting, and truly bring the story to life and engage the individual to actively participate. Different approaches to creating museum experience can provide entertainment, but also education, and with an interactive engagement of the individual, it can encourage reflection, communication and exploration of important social topics. Thus, it has the potential to fulfill the role of the museum as an educational space, but at the same time encourage, strengthen and personalize the communication between the museum and visitors and fulfill the social role of the museum and all that while offering visitors interesting, authentic and appealing content that will entertain them and attract them to return.
