Abstract
Cilj rada je analiza i vizualizacija podataka vezana uz štete nastale tijekom potresa u razdoblju 2020. godine, na području Zagreba i Petrinje. Analizirane su navike osiguranika te proces sanacije nakon zaprimanja odštetnih zahtjeva. Opisano je osiguranje od potresa kao oblika osiguranja imovine koji se ugovara kao dodatno pokriće klasičnim policama imovine. Njegova važnost postala je vidljiva tijekom 2020. godine kada su Hrvatsku pogodila dva značajna potresa i uzrokovala veliku materijalnu štetu. Rad će obuhvatiti metodologiju procjene štete nastale potresom, prikazati specifičnosti uvjeta osiguranja od potresa i njihov odnos prema nepokretnim kulturnim dobrima te važnost analize podataka u procesu sanacije nakon zaprimanja odštetnih zahtjeva.
Abstract (english)
The goal of the work is the analysis and visualization of data related to the damage caused by earthquakes in the period of 2020, in the area of Zagreb and Petrinja. The habits of the insured and the rehabilitation process after receiving compensation claims were analyzed. Earthquake insurance is described as a form of property insurance that is contracted as additional coverage to classic property policies. Its importance became visible during 2020, when Croatia was hit by two significant earthquakes that caused great material damage. The work covers the methodology of assessing damage caused by an earthquake, shows the specifics of earthquake insurance conditions and their relationship to immovable cultural assets, and the importance of data analysis in the rehabilitation process after receiving compensation claims.
