Abstract
Cilj je istraživačkog diplomskog rada ⹂Stručna podrška učenicima sa slušnim oštećenjima: usporedba iskustava obrazovanja u specijaliziranim i redovnim ustanovama” bio ispitati procjenu suradnje fonetičara-rehabilitatora Poliklinike SUVAG te učitelja i stručnih suradnika pedagoga redovnih osnovnih škola koji u svom neposrednom sustavu imaju učenike s oštećenjem sluha koji su prethodno pohađali Dječji vrtić Poliklinike SUVAG. U radu su s fonetskog stajališta navedeni tipovi oštećenja sluha i problemi u slušanju, istaknuta je važnost rehabilitacije te načela verbotonalne metode u radu djece sa slušnim oštećenjima. S pedagoškog se gledišta obuhvaća inkluzivni pristup ovoj tematici te modeli potpore učenicima sa slušnim oštećenjima. Istraživačka pitanja bila su testirana metodom intervjua. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da Poliklinika SUVAG ima kontinuiranu suradnju s jednom školom čije su se sudionice nalazile u istraživanju. S druge pak strane suradnja između Poliklinike SUVAG i druge redovne ustanove koja se nalazila u istraživanju pokazala se nekontinuiranom i svodi se isključivo na jedan posjet mobilnog tima školi. Djelatnice redovnih ustanova kao najveće prepreke ističu veći broj djece u redovnim ustanovama kao i nedostatak stručnih znanja, a što ukazuje na potrebu za usmjerenim edukacijama i većom potporom specijaliziranih ustanova u budućnosti sa ciljem stvaranja inkluzivnije klime za djecu sa slušnim oštećenjima. Rad sadrži metodičku komponentu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research master’s thesis “Professional support for students with hearing impairments: comparison of experiences of education in specialized and regular institutions” was to examine the evaluation of the cooperation between phoneticians-rehabilitators of the SUVAG Polyclinic, and teachers and professional associate pedagogues of regular elementary schools that have, in their educational system, students with hearing impairments who previously attended the Kindergarten of the SUVAG Polyclinic. The paper represents the types of hearing impairment and hearing problems which are listed from a phonetic point of view, and emphasized the importance of rehabilitation and the principles of the verbotonal method in the work of children with hearing impairments. From a pedagogical point of view, it encompasses an inclusive approach to this topic and support models for students with hearing impairments. The research questions were tested using the interview method. The results of the research showed that the SUVAG Polyclinic has continuous cooperation with one school whose female participants were part of the research. On the other hand, the cooperation between the SUVAG Polyclinic and the other regular institution that was involved in the research turned out to be discontinuous and it comes down to exclusively one visit of the mobile team to the school. The employees of regular institutions highlight the bigger number of children in regular institutions as well as the lack of professional knowledge as the biggest obstacles, which points to the need for focused education and greater support from specialized institutions in the future with the aim of creating a more inclusive climate for children with hearing impairments. The paper contains a methodological component.
