Abstract
U ovom radu upoznati ćemo se sa podrijetlom magneta, magnetizma, vrsta magnetizma te pojedino objasniti svakog od njih. Baviti ćemo se opisom pojava koje se dešavaju na razini elektrona u atomu koji su uzrok magnetskih pojava u materijalu kao i opisom pojava uzrokovanih magnetizmom. Najveću pažnju obratiti ćemo na permanentne magnete kao vrstu magneta u čiju skupinu pripadaju i neodimijski magneti. Neodimijski magneti poznati kao najjači permanentni magneti na zemlji imaju svojstvo privlačenja i do 1300 puta veće mase od vlastite a njegova svojstva omogućila su mu široku primjenu u mnogim područjima moderne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to learn about origins of magnets, magnetism and types of magnetism. We are going to describe magnetic phenomena that occurs on the level of electrons in the atom and go into detailed explanation of permanent magnets as the most common magnets, for example neodymium magnets. Neodymium magnets are more known as the strongest magnets on earth with the feature to raise 1300 times bigger mass than itself. Unique properties of neodymium magnets made them widley used in many fields of modern technologies.
