Abstract
U ovom radu ispitan je utjecaj vrste ispune na karakteristike 3D-tiskane tablete. U tu svrhu pomoću 3D-printera tiskane su tablete s tri različite vrste ispune (trokut, linija, heksagon) i dvije različite gustoće ispune (60 % i 80 %). Korišteni filament pripravljen je ekstrudiranjem mješavine koja je sadržavala dronedaron-hidroklorid i filament poli(vinil-alkohola) i poli(etilen-glikol). Tiskane tablete analizirane su stereomikroskopom. Ispitivanje oslobađanja djelatne tvari provedeno je in vitro, prema USP 2 metodi. Dobiveni profili oslobađanja uspoređeni su i opisani kinetičkim modelom. U tu svrhu korišten je programski dodatak za Microsoft Excel, DDSolver. Svi profili oslobađanja mogu se opisati modelom procesa prvoga reda. Određene su i vrijednosti faktora razlike koje ukazuju na sličnost profila oslobađanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper examines the influence of infill type on the properties of 3D-printed tablets. In order to do that tablets with three different infill types (triangle, line, hexagon) and two different densities (60 % and 80 %) were 3D printed. The filament used was made by extruding the mixture containing dronedarone-hydrochloride, poly(vinyl alcohol) filament and poly(ethylene glycol). The printed tablets were analyzed under the stereo microscope. The analysis of the release of the active pharmaceutical ingredient was conducted in vitro, according to the USP 2 method. Dissolution profiles needed to be compared and described using the kinetic model. For that purpose an add-in program for Microsoft Excel called DDSolver was used. All the dissolution profiles were described using the first order system. Difference factors that show the similarity between different dissolution profiles were investigated.
