Abstract
Rad i učinkovitost kompresora važan je za rad svih proizvodnih pogona. Dobra regulacija kompresora nužna je za održavanja stabilnog rada kompresora, a time i sigurnosti postrojenja. U ovom radu analizirane su pojave pumpanje i zastoja na temelju poznavanja osnovnih načela rada kompresora i shodno iskustvu iz prakse. Objašnjeni su procesni uvjeti koji dovode do ovih pojava, njihove karakteristike i posljedice. Analizirana je i dinamika ciklusa pumpanja. Prikazana su moguća rješenja za prevenciju i smanjivanje posljedica ovih pojava, kao i štete koje nastaju zbog ovih pojava. Iz rezultata simulacijskog istraživanja regulacije tlaka na ulazu u kompresor i regulacije tlaka na izlazu zaključeno je da se dobrim ugađanjem mogu postići značajna poboljšanja u radu, ukloniti poremećaji i stabilizirati rad kompresora.
Abstract (english)
The operation and efficiency of compressors is important for all production units. Good compressor control is necessary for keeping compressor in stable work and plant safety. This work analyzes phenomena of surge and stall based on fundamental principles and practical experience. The process conditions which lead to the phenomena are explained along with their features and consequences. Surge cycle dynamics is analyzed as well. Possible solutions for preventing and reducing the consequences of the phenomena are shown as well as the damages arise because of it. Based on obtained simulation results for suction and discharge compressor control, it is concluded that with good tuning significant improvements in compressor work can be achieved, disturbances can be removed and compressor operation can be stabilized.
