Abstract
21. stoljeće je doba u kojem postoje sve važnija briga o okolišu uslijed klimatskih promjena. Prema roadmapu Europske Unije, cilj je smanjiti emisije stakleničkih plinova za 80 % do 2050. Stoga moderne tehnologije teže razvijanju procesa, energetski učinkovitih, vodeći pritom brigu o zaštititi okoliša. Jedna od obećavajućih tehnologija za iskorištavanje niskotemperaturnih izvora topline za proizvodnju energije je Organski Rankinov ciklus ORC. Za razliku od Rankinovog ciklusa koji koristi vodu, ORC se temelji na organskim komponentama koje imaju niže vrelište od vode i zato služe kao radne tvari za iskorištavanje energije obnovljivih izvora kao što su solarna, geotermalna i energija biomase. Ovaj rad ispituje 10 radnih fluida za ORC proces, izračunavajući termodinamičku efikasnost i BWR vrijednost za usporedbu utjecaja radnih fluida na termodinamiku procesa.
Abstract (english)
21. century is driven with environmental care due to impact of climate change. According to roadmap of European Union , goal is to achieve decrease of 80 % in the emission of greenhouse gasses by 2050. That is why modern technologies tend to develop energetically efficient processes with low environmental impact. One of promising technologies for using energy of low temperature sources is Organic Rankine cycle (ORC). In contrast to Rankine cycle of water, ORC use organic compounds which have lower boiling point than water so they can be used for producing energy from renewable sources such as solar , geothermal and energy of biomass. This work examines 10 working fluids for ORC process, calculating thermodynamic efficiency and BWR value for comparison of their impact on thermodynamics of cycle.
