Abstract
N-nitrozamini su alifatski ili aromatski derivati amina koji posjeduju nitrozo (-NO ) skupinu vezanu na dušik opće kemijske strukture R1N(-R2)-N=O. Ove organske spojeve regulatorna tijela svrstavaju u spojeve potencijalno kancerogene za ljude. Široko su rasprostranjeni u okolišu uslijed ispuštanja iz različitih industrijskih postrojenja, a pronađeni su i u hrani, piću te lijekovima. Značajan trud je posvećen razumijevanju nastajanju, detekciji i uklanjanju nitrozamina kao organskih onečišćivala antropogenog porijekla, a metode za njihovu prevenciju nastajanja i uklanjanje su se pokazale izazovnima. U ovom radu napravljen je literaturni pregled mehanizma nastajanja N-nitrozamina kao i metoda uklanjanja nitrozamina iz vode, i njihove učinkovitosti.
Abstract (english)
N-nitrosamines are aliphatic or aromatic derivates of amines which possess a nitroso (-NO) group attached to nitrogen. They are a class of compounds known for potent carcinogenicity and prevalence in the environment as well as in daily consumed products. Considerable effort has been dedicated to understanding of nitrosamines as contaminants while methods for their prevention and remediation have proven to be challenging. This paper provides a literature review of the Nnitrosamines formation mechanism as well as methods of removing nitrozamines from water and their effectiveness.
