Abstract
Nanokompozitni materijali su pripravljeni metodom zamješavanja u talini i prešanjem. Kao kompozitnu matricu korišten je polimer, poli(laktidna) kiselina (PLA), u koju je dodano komercijalno punilo silike nano dimenzija (nSiO2) i sintetizirano hibridno nanopunilo silicijevog dioksida i željezovih nanočestica (nSiO2@Fe) u različitim udjelima. Sintetizirano punilo je karakterizirano UV-VIS spektroskopijom i pretražnim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM), a veličina punila se određivala dinamičkim raspršenjem svjetlosti (DLS). Isprešani uzorci su analizirani toplinskim metodama, termogravimetrijskom analizom (TGA) i diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom (DSC). Osim njih, za karakterizaciju nanokompozita, korišteni su pretražni elektronski mikroskop (SEM), infracrvena spektroskopija s Fourierovom transformacijama (FTIR), mjerenje kontaktnog kuta te ispitivanja određivanja toplinske provodnosti i električne otpornosti.
Abstract (english)
Nanocomposite material was produced using melt-mixing method and was pressed into moulds. Poly (lactic) acid (PLA) was used as composite matrix, to which a commercial silica nanoparticles (nSiO2) and new synthesized hybrid nanoparticles of silica and iron nanoparticles (nSiO2@Fe) were mixed as filler with different mass ratios. Synthesized hybrid nanoparticles were analysed using UV-VIS spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The size of particles was determined using dynamic light scattering method (DLS). Pressed nanocomposites were analyses using thermal methods, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In addition to them, they were also analysed using scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), contact angle measurement and measurement of thermal and electric resistivity.
