Abstract
U mnogim slučajevima nije moguće predvidjeti ili opisati na osnovi fizičke slike hidrodinamičko ponašanje fluida koji protječe kroz reaktor tako da je svrha ovog rada bila upoznati se s fizičkom slikom strujanja u cijevnim reaktorima odnosno modelnim cijevima. Eksperimentalni podaci dobiveni su mjerenjem odziva na impulsni poremećaj kojeg predstavlja unošenje trasera u sustav. Mjerenje je provedeno u tri različite cijevi, točnije ravnoj praznoj cijevi, cijevi sa staklenim kuglicama i dugoj spiralnoj cijevi. Eksperimentalno dobivenu krivulju trebalo je testirati pogodnim modelom strujanja kako bi se kvantitativno odredilo odstupanje od idealnog strujanja, odnosno odredile vrijednosti disperzijskog broja i srednjeg vremena zadržavanja.
Abstract (english)
In many cases, it is not possible to predict or describe on the basis of the physical image the hydrodynamic behavior of the fluid flowing through the reactor, so the purpose of this work was to get familiar with the physical picture of flow in tubular reactors or model tubes. Experimental data were obtained by measuring the response to impulse disturbance performed by entering tracers into the system. Measurement was conducted in three different tubes: straight empty tube, tube with glass pellets and long spiral tube. Experimentally obtained curves had to be tested by suitable model of flow to quantify the deviation from ideal flow and determine values of dispersion number and mean residence time.
