Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je proučavanje svojstava, strukture i toksičnosti dinitroanilinskog herbicida pendimetalina 1, te uvjeta i produkata njegove biorazgradnje. Struktura pendimetalina je potvrđena i okarakterizirana dostupnim spektorskopskim tehnikama, a biodegradacijski putevi nekolicinom otkrivenih mikroorganizama predstavljeni su i detaljnije objašnjeni, uz identifikaciju i daljnje istraživanje potencijalne aktivnosti dobivenih produkata.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to study the properties, structure and toxicity of the dinitroaniline herbicide pendimethalin 1. Conditions and products of pendimethalins biodegradation were also studied. The structure of pendimethalin was confirmed and characterized by available spectroscopic techniques. Biodegradation pathways of several detected microorganisms were presented and explained in more detail, with the identification and further investigation of the resulting products potential activity.
