Abstract
Cilj ovog rada detekcija je zwitterionske strukture i potvrđivanje eksperimentalnog vibracijskog spektra glutaminske kiseline, odnosno kada i kako dolazi do formiranja zwitterionske strukture molekule glutaminske kiseline. Snimljen je vibracijski spektar glutaminske kiseline, a vibracijske vrpce uspoređene su s frekvencijama vibracija drugih znanstvenih radova. Pretpostavlja se da je zwitterionska struktura glutaminske kiseline u prahu odgovorna za snižavanje frekvencija vibracija. Zaključeno je da je zwitterionska struktura ostvarena u jakom dielektričnom sredstvu. Svrha zadatka: Na osnovi molekulske strukture glutaminske kiseline asocirati vibracije s vrpcama dobivenim u spektru i analizirati snimljeni vibracijski spektar.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research is to detect zwitterion structure and confirm the experimental vibrational spectrum of glutamic acid, respectively when and how zwitterion structure of glutamic acid is formed. The vibrational spectrum of glutamic acid was recorded, vibrational bands were compared with the vibrational frequencies of other scientific papers. The zwitterionic structure of glutamic acid is assumed responsible for lowering the frequencies of these vibrations. It was concluded that the zwitterionic structure was realized in a strong dielectric medium. Goal: Based on the molecular structure of glutamic acid, associate vibrations with the bands obtained in the spectrum and analyze the recorded vibrational spectrum.
