Abstract
U ovom radu proučavani su procesi do kojih dolazi tijekom kristalizacije prašaka pripravljenih sintezom sagorijevanjem gdje su kao prekursori korišteni aluminijev nitrat nonahidrat kao oksidans i asparagin kao gorivo. Pripremljene su tri otopine s različitim omjerom goriva i oksidansa (suvišak goriva, stehiometrijski odnos i manjak goriva). Prašci pripravljeni sintezom sagorijevanjem analizirani su diferencijalnom toplinskom i termogravimetrijskom analizom (DTA/TGA), pretražnom elektronskom mikroskopijom (SEM), rendgenskom difrakcijom (XRD) i infracrvenom spektroskopijom s Fourierovom transformacijom (FTIR). Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su da vrijeme reakcije i temperatura sagorijevanja ovise o udjelu goriva. Uzorak s najvećim udjelom goriva imao je najvišu temperaturu sagorijevanja te je ta reakcija bila najprije gotova. Na kraju sinteze s gorivom u suvišku bilo je najmanje zaostale organske tvari. Kod uzorka s najmanje goriva zabilježeno je najkraće potrebno vrijeme na miješalici da bi došlo do početka sinteze te najveća količina zaostale organske tvari. Toplinskom obradom na 800°C uspješno je dobiven γ-Al2O3 kod sva tri uzorka.
Abstract (english)
In this work, the processes occurring in the course of powder crystallisation by combustion synthesis from precursor solutions containing aluminium nitrate nonahydrate as oxidant and asparagine as fuel were studied. Three solutions with different fuel-to-oxidizer ratio (fuel rich, stoichiometric and fuel lean) were prepared. Powders prepared by combustion synthesis were analysed by differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis (DTA / TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Results have shown that reaction time and combustion temperature depend on the fuel content. The sample with the highest content of fuel had the shortest reaction time and highest combustion temperature. Also, it had the least residual organic matter after synthesis. The fuel deficient sample had the shortest mixing time needed for reaction and the most residual organic matter. γ-Al2O3 has been successfully obtained in all three samples with heat treatment at 800 °C.
