Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je postupak optimizacije ultrazvučne ekstrakcije jedanaest pesticida (klorprofam, propizamid, vinklozolin, metolaklor, profenofos, p, p'-DDE, etion, tetradifon, permetrin, δ-lindan te pirimifos etil) međusobno različitih fizikalno–kemijskih svojstava iz čaja pri čemu su dobiveni ekstrakti snimani na plinskom kromatografu vezanom na spektrometar masa. Optimirana metoda je validirana, a dobivene visoke vrijednosti R^2 potvrda su linearnosti ove metode. Za ispitivane pesticide granice detekcije dobivene su u rasponu od 0,125 μg/g do 0,500 μg/g, a granice kvantifikacije između 0,25 μg/g i 1,00 μg/g. Optimirana i validirana metoda se uspješno primijenila na realnim uzorcima što daje naslutiti da je ultrazvučna ekstrakcija prikladna metoda za identifikaciju i kvantifikaciju pesticida iz različitih uzoraka čajeva.
Abstract (english)
This thesis shows the process optimization of ultrasonic extraction eleven pesticides (chlorpropham, propyzamide, vinclozolin, metolachlor, profenofos, p, p'-DDE, ethion, tetradifon, permethrin, δ-lindane and pirimiphos ethyl) mutually different physical and chemical properties of tea whereby the extracts are analyzed on a gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The optimized method has been validated and the obtained high value R^2 are the confirmation of the linearity of this method. For investigated pesticides limit of detection were obtained in the range of 0,125 μg/g to 0,500 μg/g, and the limit of quantification between 0,25 μg/g and 1,00 μg/g. Optimized and validated method was successfully applied to real samples suggesting that the ultrasonic extraction method is suitable for the identification and quantification of pesticides from different tea samples.
