Abstract
U okviru ovog diplomskog rada primjenjuju se infracrvena spektroskopija te teorijski izračuni u analizi odabranih organosilana: 3-aminopropilsilantriol (APST), 3-aminopropiltrietoksisilan (APTS), 3-glicidoksipropiltrimetoksisilan (GPTS) i 3-metakriloksipropiltrimetoksisilan (MPTS). Infracrveni spektri snimljeni su Perkin Elmer Spectrum One spektrofotometrom, a geometrijska optimizacija molekula i teorijski izračuni dobiveni su pomoću programskog paketa Gaussian 09 u kojem se primjenjuje teorija funkcionala gustoće. Dobivene frekvencije eksperimentalno te prema izračunima uspoređene su sa vrijednostima frekvencija iz literature. Pomoću programskog sučelja GaussView 6.0 napravljena je vibracijska analiza pojedine molekule. Cilj ovog rada jest napraviti analizu organosilana zbog njihove velike važnosti i primjene u raznim područjima kako bi se dodatno proširila istraživanja te ostvarivanja materijala novih i boljih karakteristika i svojstava.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, infrared spectroscopy and theoretical calculations are applied in the analysis of selected organosilanes: 3-aminopropylsilanetriol (APST), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS), 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTS) and 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS). Infrared spectra were recorded using Perkin Elmer Spectrum One spectrophotometer and geometric optimization of molecules and theoretical calculations were obtained using the Gaussian 09 software package in which is employed density functional theory. The obtained experimental and calculated frequencies were compared with the frequency values from the literature. A vibrational analysis of each molecule was made using the GausView 6.0 software interface. The aim of this work is to analyze organosilanes due to their significant importance and application in various fields to further expand their research and development of materials with new and improved properties.
